Ever heard of Sunroom Leasing? Yep, that is us. Ben, Zac, and Darius just three tech nerds trying to simplify the rental game. But along the way, we stumbled upon a dark underbelly we just couldn't ignore: scammy listings. Everywhere. From that too-good-to-be-true townhome on Facebook to the suspiciously cheap single-family rental on Craigslist, fraud was running rampant.

Let’s be real; it was a mess. Through Sunroom Leasing, we saw first-hand how these shady listings hurt everyone in the chain. Property managers getting blamed for things they didn’t do. Homeowners losing out big time. And renters? Well, we’ve all heard those horror stories of excited tenants showing up with a moving truck only to find out the "perfect" place they rented... doesn’t exist. Or worse, they move in only to have a realtor show up the next day trying to show some other interested prospects the supposedly vacant home...

It got personal for us. Like, superhero origin story kind of personal. We decided it was time to level up and tackle this head-on. Enter: Fraud Listing Fighter©.

We channeled our inner tech wizards (and maybe had a few too many energy drinks) to whip up a platform that doesn’t just identify the fakes, but wipes the fraud listings off the face of the internet. We're talking all-out surveillance, flagging scammers, and giving a big ol' thumbs down to the frauds.
